Rhonchopathy is a major problem of both a medical and social nature, it is detected in about 33% of the adult population. It should be noted that snoring is often accompanied by a more formidable disease - obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) syndrome, which, in turn, is considered a life-threatening condition. It is known that in severe forms of OSA syndrome, up to 400-500 respiratory stops per night with a total duration of up to 3-4 hours can occur, which leads to acute and chronic lack of oxygen during sleep.

Incubation of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis cells grown on a solid medium with pseudotuberculous diagnostic bacteriophage for 20 min at 37oC led to a significant decrease in the concentration of both components of the system. This effect was absent when the bacteria were grown in a fluid medium. At the same time, this incubation regimen promoted vesicle formation and typical morphological changes in bacteria grown in both surface and suspension cultures.

Parasitic specificity of each type of a complex is defined by arthropods of different systematical and ecological groups: a tundra complex is defined by epizoite gamasid mites (Mesostigmata), forest and forest-steppe complexes is defined by tick (Ixodides) and fleas (Siphonaptera), steppe complex is defined by fleas and nidicolous gamasid mites.

By now, presence of 249 gamasid mite species is established in the territory under study, including 193 free-living and 56 parasitic species. Gamasid mites are represented by the maximal number of species on small mammals and in thers nests in northern forest-steppe (102 and 105 species respectively).

Total abundance of gamasid mites and ticks (Gamasoidea, Ixodidae), fleas and nidicolous arthropods in nests is high, and the set of nidicolous and parasite species is quite diverse, but everywhere the parasite fauna is characterized by a small amount of species reaching a high abundance: Laelaps muris on the voles, Haemogamasus ambulans in nests, Ixodes apronophorus and Megpbotris walkeri both on the voles and nests. Parasitic arthropods living on the voles or in their nests are characterized by higher and stables indices of infection, while these parameters for free-living arthropods were variable.

In 100 patients with various types of pulmonary tuberculosis who were residents in Eastern Siberia, somatic types and glucose postload sugar curves and immunological status were studied and the findings were compared with the specific features of the process and its dynamics during chemotherapy. Thoracomuscular and thoracogracial somatic types were found in two thirds of cases among patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Persons with these somatic types developed chiefly infiltrative tuberculosis.

Analysis of the results showed that the changes of LBFR in the MCA correlate with alterations in blood pressure: LBFR in the MCA reduced most during compression of the common carotid artery in patients with considerable affection of the contralateral carotid artery. The maximal increase of the blood flow during compression of the common carotid artery occurred when the initial LBFR in the MCA was lowest.

The paper deals with the condition of intracerebral hemodynamics in patients with occlusive lesions of major extracranial cerebral arteries studied with transcranial Doppler sonography (TCD). A total of 30 patients were studied: 19 with occlusion of internal carotid artery (ICA) or common carotid artery (CCA), 11 with uni- and bilateral kinking. Clinical examination, ultrasound Doppler sonography and Duplex examination of extracranial arteries, TCD, and cerebral angiography were applied.
