Objective: This study functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) is a surgical procedure requiring minimal bleeding to optimize the surgical field. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of magnesium sulfate, lignocaine, and propofol in attenuating hemodynamic response. The primary objective of this study was to compare the efficacy of these agents in reducing hemodynamic response.
