Medication Adherence and Its Association with Health Literacy and Performance in Activities of Daily Livings among Elderly Hypertensive Patients in Islamabad, Pakistan.

: Medication non-adherence is a preventable reason for treatment failure, poor blood pressure control among hypertensive patients and the geriatric population owing to poor physical activity is more vulnerable strata. The objective of this study is to investigate medication adherence and its associated factors among Pakistani geriatric hypertensive patients. : A cross-sectional survey-based study was conducted at the out-patient department of the cardiac center from May 2018 to August 2018.

Neonates--a neglected paediatric age group.

Objective: To determine a change in the mortality of admitted children (neonates and children above 28 days of age to less than 17 years) and to document a change in the causes of neonatal admissions along with their mortality during a four year period.

Methods: Conducted in Pediatric Unit-I, Bahawal Victoria Hospital, Bahawalpur. The data of all the children admitted from 1st January 2005 to 31st December 2008 was analyzed.
