Introduction: During the pubertal period the metabolic control is getting worse in the most of patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus (DM1). The insufficient metabolic control may impact the post-exercise glycaemia and cause the acute complications of the diabetes.
Aim Of The Study: was to assess the influence of puberty on changes in post exercise glycaemia after variable intensity physical effort in children and adolescents with diabetes mellitus type 1 (DM1).
