The authors describe the case of a rare developmental fetal anomaly diagnosed in intrauterine life. Performed ultrasound examination in the 30th week of pregnancy showed in the area of the abdomen of the fetus three ampullar structures, so-called "triple ampulla symptom". These ampullas corresponded to the fetal stomach, the duodenum and a fragment of the small intestine.

In the paper authors consider the problem if Chlamydia trachomatis infection of urogenital tract exerts an influence on postoperative course in women who were operated in the gynaecology department. 186 women have been examined in this study. Using the criteria for selective screening for Chlamydia trachomatis infection proposed by Handsfield, 29 women with higher risk for chlamydial infection were seperated.

Despite of the great deal of publications on artificial insemination the real effectiveness of the procedure is not clearly estimated so far. This is why in the presented paper authors tried to evaluate the effectiveness of the artificial intrauterine insemination with the abnormal sperm which was laboratory classified as oligo-astheno-teratozoospermia. The sperm which was prepared to the insemination according to the technic enabling to select only the population of the motile spermatozoa.

Authors presented the treatment of chronic, recurrent, aggravating inflammation of uterine adnexa currently used in their Ward and performed the task of evaluating the results of the carried out therapy. Material included 99 diseased women, at the age of 18-45, hospitalized at the Ward because of adnexitis chronica exacerbata. It was assumed that the criterion of recovery was regression of all clinical symptoms found by subjective and objective examination at the beginning of the treatment.
