Precancer screening aided by visual inspection with acetic acid (VIA) is an early diagnosis method used to detect the lesions that are high indicators of cancer in women. cervical cancer is more prevalent in the developing world affecting mainly women in the reproductive age group and is the commonest cancer among Zambian women.

Nicolau syndrome (NS) is a rare injection site reaction, following intramuscular injection of drugs characterized by severe pain, skin discoloration and varying level of tissue necrosis. The case outcomes vary from severe pain, atrophic ulcers to sepsis and limb amputation. We describe a case of the five-year-old girl with diagnosis of NS after intramuscular benzathine penicillin injection.

Usually most patients with dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) may present rather late when the tumor is in protuberant phase due to its rarity and indolent onset. It has a high propensity for local recurrence and destructive nature. Management of DFSP requires a biopsychosocial and Multidisplinary approach regardless of the clinical or immunohistochemical variant.

Hailey-Hailey disease: the role of azathioprine an immunomodulator.

Hailey-Hailey disease (HHD) is a rare autosomal dominant hereditary blistering and erosions disorder affecting the intertriginous regions of the body. There is still no treatment protocol for this disease thus clinicians are highly advised to draw up individualized treatment plan. In this case report, we discuss a case of HHD in a 58-year-old Chinese man who was successfully treated with azathioprine in Hubei province.

We discuss a case of the 38-year-old man with onycholysis associated with hyperthyroidism due to Graves' disease. In this case review, we will discuss an association of onycholysis with thyroid disease and its diagnostic prognosis.
