[The actual conditions and problems of terminal home nursing care at our hospital].

In 2006, we reconfirmed Suwachuo hospital slogan as "When there is a need of community, we will do our best to meet it" and the department of home nursing care is officially established in our hospital next spring. A death rate at home is generally used to evaluate a home nursing care, and this rate at our department was 60.8% in 2008.
