Here, we present the first case of synchronous gastric and ovarian cancer successfully treated with chemotherapy and surgery. A 72-year-old Japanese woman presented at our hospital with upper abdominal pain and vomiting.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the 2 treatment options in Tian-model low-risk patients.
Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 118 ROC cases treated in our hospital between 2004 and 2016.
Background: Arteriovenous malformations (AVM) developed in the small intestine are rare, and it is sometimes difficult to identify and treat bleeding from small intestinal AVMs endoscopically because of their localization. We present a case of a jejunal AVM successfully treated with the combination of metallic coil embolization and laparoscopic surgery.
Case Presentation: A 50-year-old woman with a history of repetitive gastrointestinal bleeding was admitted to the hospital.
