Statement Of Problem: The optimal zirconia pretreatment, contingent upon the type of cement used, warrants further research.

Purpose: The purpose of this investigation was to evaluate the influence of various surface pretreatments on the bonding efficacy of cement to zirconia.

Material And Methods: A comprehensive search was conducted across the PubMed, Embase, Scopus, and Web of Science databases for in vitro studies related to bonding with zirconia up to April 2024, supplemented by a manual search.

Background: Schneiderian membrane thickness may influence the final clinical outcome of sinus augmentation and dental implantation. Mucosal thickening has been regarded as a contributing factor for post-treatment complications. This study aimed to systematically review the available literature on the association between mucosal thickening and potential complications related to sinus augmentation and implant placement.

Objectives: This study aimed to assess the effect of cement type and cementation technique on the retention of cement-retained implant-supported restorations.

Material And Methods: In this in vitro study, 20 solid abutments were screwed onto the fixture analogs and were mounted in acrylic resin molds using a surveyor. Twenty computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) metal crowns with an occlusal loop were fabricated, divided into two groups (n = 10), and bonded with temporary dental cement (Temp-Bond™; group 1) or glass ionomer (GC; group 2).
