Introduction And Importance: Foreign body aspiration is a common occurrence, with severe outcomes seen in all age groups. It can present like any chronic respiratory disease with a wide spectrum of misleading symptoms, resulting in misdiagnosis and delays in appropriate treatment.

Case Presentation: Here we present a case of a 11 year boy diagnosed with occult foreign body aspiration, chronically impacted in the left secondary bronchus, presented with bronchiectasis and multiple failed attempts at bronchoscopic retrieval.

Bilateral single system ectopic ureters - A rare variant.

Bilateral single system ectopic ureters are a rare entity in paediatric urology. We report a girl child with bilateral single system ectopic ureters with right system opening into the vagina, who presented at 3.5 years with continuous dribbling of urine & a small capacity bladder.

The Modified Iliopubic Tract Repair-A Pain-Free Alternative.

 The open preperitoneal repair offers the benefits of placing the mesh in the preferred position while avoiding the disadvantages of laparoscopic repair.  A total of 60 patients with bilateral inguinal hernias were randomized to undergo either the standard Lichtenstein meshplasty or the modified iliopubic tract repair in a teaching hospital. Outcomes measured were immediate postoperative pain, return to activity, and delayed neurological complications.
