To explore the clinical characteristics of sarcoidosis of head and neck symptoms, and to summarize the diagnosis and treatment experience. A retrospective study was conducted on patients with nodular disease with main symptoms in the head and neck who visited Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2020 to August 2023. The clinical data including symptom characteristics, pathological characteristics, treatment methods, and prognosis were analyzed.

- Twenty rats were divided into an experimental group receiving daily OT injections and a control group getting a placebo, with implants inserted into their femurs after a 12-week osteoporosis model was established.
- Results showed that the OT group had significantly better bone integration metrics compared to the control group, suggesting OT may help enhance healing and integration of implants in osteoporotic conditions.
Introduction: Oxytocin (OT) was reported to control differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells and reverse osteoporosis (OP). This study investigated the effect of systematical treatment of OT on implant osseointegration in ovariectomized (OVX) rats.
Material And Methods: Twenty female rats received bilateral ovariectomy.
