Article Synopsis
  • A 28-year-old man presented with tarry stools, leading to examinations that revealed a bleeding submucosal tumor at the papilla of Vater and a swollen # 17b lymph node, suggesting hypervascularity.
  • The tumor was diagnosed as gangliocytic paraganglioma, which showed metastasis to the affected lymph node after enucleation.
