Gastric mixed adenoneuroendocrine carcinoma(MANEC)with multiple liver metastases is a rare condition with most data being derived from case reports. We present a case with liver metastases from gastric MANEC that respond remarkably to chemotherapy. Sixty-one-year-old male with severe anemia referred to surgical consultation due to advanced gastric cancer with multiple liver metastases.

Introduction: Liver fibrosis is characterized by excessive accumulation of extracellular matrix. In a mouse model of liver fibrosis, systemic injection of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) was considered to rescue the diseased phenotype.
