Indoor air quality at the Arab governmental girls' schools.

A proper and adequate school environment is important for an effective learning process and maintaining the health of the students as they spend most of their time in schools. The physical school environment includes the physical structures; presence of chemicals and biological agents; and the surrounding environment, including air, water, and materials. This study aimed to evaluate the indoor air quality (IAQ) in governmental girls' schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Occupational Physical Hazards and Safety Practices at Dental Clinics.

Objective:  Worldwide, dentistry is known as a high-level occupational hazard profession. Dental staff is usually exposed to several types of hazards which include chemical agents, physical, psychological stress, and workplace violence, biological and ergonomics. The objectives of this paper were to assess levels of occupational hazards and evaluate safety practices at dental clinics.

Environmental Protection Procedures in Improving Air Quality in the University of Dammam Campuses.

Context: Campuses of the University of Dammam (UOD) have several sources of air pollution that can adversely affect human health, welfare and the overall efficiency of the educational process.

Aims: This study was aiming to assess the role of environmental protection procedures in UOD and evaluate their impact on improving the air quality inside its campuses.

Settings And Design: In both the new and old campuses, three different sites were selected to assess air quality level.
