A 64-year-old white man presented with a plasma cell neoplasm in the right lacrimal sac. After successful surgical excision and radiation treatment, he developed a local adjacent recurrence, which again responded to radiation. He subsequently developed a distant plasma cell neoplasm in the humerus, but he continues to have no sign of multiple myeloma on systemic evaluation during 2 years of follow-up.
