Diagnosis of ''Helicobacter pylori infection of the gastric biopsy'' by rapid urease test, histopathology and Raman spectroscopy.

This study aim to investigate the diagnostic potential of Raman spectroscopy in comparison with rapid urease test and histopathology in diagnosis of H. pylori infection. A comparative study was conducted at Pathology Laboratory and a total of 94 samples were collected from patients based on Rome IV criteria.
