Pleural Effusion Caused by an Unusual Mass in the Right Hemithorax.

An 80-year-old woman presented with complaints of weakness and dizziness. She had a medical history of subacute cerebral ischemia, vertigo, hypertension, and thalassemia minor. The patient was born and raised in Turkey and has lived in Switzerland for 50 years.
