Trichothiodystrophy (TTD) is a rare congenital disorder caused by genetic mutations, leading to hair and skin abnormalities. We report successful treatment of a TTD case using dupilumab, a monoclonal antibody targeting IL-4Rα. The patient, a 7-year-old boy, exhibited significant improvement in skin and hair conditions, suggesting the potential of dupilumab as a therapeutic option for TTD.

All patients underwent a slit-lamp examination: complete clinical assessment, Break Up Time test (BUT), Schirmer test, and corneal staining grading (Oxford scale) were performed.
Introduction: Vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia (VIN) is a vulvar skin lesion considered a precursor of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma. No characteristics have been discovered to date that allows us to differentiate between grades of VIN, such as correlating the thickness of involvement of the epithelium (VIN1, VIN2, and VIN3) to the dermoscopic pattern.
Objectives: The aim of this study was to correlate the clinical and dermoscopic features of VIN cases with histopathological findings, with the purpose of identifying dermoscopic characteristics that allow us to differentiate between different grades of VIN.
Nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome (NBCCS, Gorlin syndrome) is a rare genetic condition characterized by the early development of numerous cutaneous basal cell carcinomas (BCCs). Although most BCCs are surgically treated with total resection, some of the lesions may proceed to a locally advanced or metastatic stage.
