Tumor suppressor genotype influences the extent and mode of immunosurveillance in lung cancer.

Unlabelled: The impact of cancer driving mutations in regulating immunosurveillance throughout tumor development remains poorly understood. To better understand the contribution of tumor genotype to immunosurveillance, we generated and validated lentiviral vectors that create an epi-allelic series of increasingly immunogenic neoantigens. This vector system is compatible with autochthonous Cre-regulated cancer models, CRISPR/Cas9-mediated somatic genome editing, and tumor barcoding.

Genetic education in dementia care.

Aim: To demonstrate the benefits of collecting family history systematically to enhance the care provided to families living with dementia. In addition, to identify the contribution nurses can make in responding to relatives' concerns about dementia and its risk factors.

When the business of sharing treatment decisions is not the same as shared decision making: A discourse analysis of decision sharing in general practice.

Although shared decision making (SDM) in general practice continues to be promoted as a highly desirable means of conducting consultations it is rarely observed in practice. The aim of this study is to identify the discursive features and conversational strategies particular to the negotiation and sharing of treatment decisions in order to understand why SDM is not yet embedded into routine practice. Consultations from Scottish general practices were examined using discourse analysis.
