The process of epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is crucial in the implantation of the blastocyst and subsequent placental development. The trophoblast, consisting of villous and extravillous zones, plays different roles in these processes. Pathological states, such as placenta accreta spectrum (PAS), can arise due to dysfunction of the trophoblast or defective decidualization, leading to maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality.

Four phytohormones: indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), indole-3-butyric acid (IBA), 2-naphthoxyacetic acid (BNOA) and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D), belonging to the class of auxins differ as regards the chemical structure of the aromatic molecular fragment. The studied phospholipids have been chosen since they are omnipresent in the biological membranes of plant and animal kingdom.

It was determined that the lubricant can initiate growth of conidia of Aspergillus niger fungus. Acid spawn metabolites cause deterioration of the glass surface.
