- In this case, a person had an old scar from 20 years ago that changed after they got hurt, which led doctors to check for sarcoidosis.
- The doctors found that the person's lung was also affected and said that if a scar changes, doctors should look out for sarcoidosis to help the person early on.
The aim of my clinical image is to recall this rare and benign form of pustular psoriasis and to insist on the role of the triggers of pustular psoriasis, mainly the drugs.
