A case of renal cell carcinoma in juvenile age group with unusual rim calcification causing diagnostic dilemma.

A case of right-sided abdominal lump in a 15-year male was presented. Radiological investigations revealed a solid rounded lesion affecting the upper pole of the right kidney with peripheral rim calcification. After radical nephrectomy, histopathological examination uncovered renal cell carcinoma (clear cell variety) with well capsulated rim calcification.
