Traumatic Right Coronary Artery Dissection as a Cause of Inferior Wall ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction.

Blunt cardiac injury, causing coronary artery dissection in the absence of other forms of injury to the heart or lungs is a rare occurrence. Here we present a case of a 41-year-old male who presented with right coronary artery (RCA) dissection after blunt chest trauma. The patient initially presented with chest pain and was diagnosed with an inferior wall myocardial infarction (MI).

Large pancreatic mass with chylous ascites.

Primary pancreatic lymphoma (PPL) is a rare entity, most likely to be clinically misdiagnosed as pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The cure rate of PPL is higher than that of adenocarcinoma. We present a case of PPL that presented as a pancreatic mass with chylous ascites and describe the incidence, clinical features, diagnostic approach, and most commonly used treatment regimens for PPL.

Melanoma and mantle cell lymphoma in a single collision tumor.

The simultaneous occurrence of two different neoplasms is uncommon, and collision tumors are even rarer. We describe a cutaneous collision tumor of melanoma and mantle cell lymphoma presenting synchronously in a previously healthy individual.

Isolated Intestinal Ganglioneuroma Mimicking Small Bowel Crohn's Disease.

Ganglioneuromas (GNs) are hamartomatous tumors derived from the autonomic nervous system. GNs are frequently associated with neurofibromatosis-1 and multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2b and commonly present with constipation, abdominal pain, weight loss, obstruction, and gastrointestinal bleeding. We report a 40-year-old man with symptoms of chronic abdominal pain, weight loss, and diarrhea for 1 year.
