The Management of an Unusual Combination of Anomalies Following Primary Tooth Trauma: A Case Report.

The prognosis of luxation injuries of primary teeth is often unpredictable. A two-year-old girl presented with a displaced left primary maxillary anterior tooth diagnosed as severe intrusive luxation. On radiographic examination, it was noticed to be impinging on the underlying permanent tooth bud.
