Delirium in a pregnant woman with SARS-CoV-2 infection in India.

• There is limited information on impact of COVID-19 on mental health of pregnant women. • Management of delirium in a 30-weeks pregnant woman with COVID-19 was challenging. • Training of obstetricians for managing the psychiatric emergencies is required especially in low resource settings.

Impact of SARS-CoV-2 on multiple gestation pregnancy.

Objective: To assess clinical presentations, pregnancy complications, and maternal and neonatal outcomes among women with multiple gestation pregnancy (MGP) and confirmed SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) infection and to compare the data with a pre-pandemic period.

Methods: A retrospective study at a dedicated COVID-19 Hospital in Mumbai, India. Data were obtained from the PregCovid Registry of pregnant and postpartum women with PCR-confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection from April to September, 2020.
