Comparative corneal endothelial cell toxicity of differing intracameral moxifloxacin doses after phacoemulsification.

Purpose: To determine whether intracameral moxifloxacin 500 μg is noninferior to 250 μg for central endothelial cell loss (ECL) after phacoemulsification.

Design: Prospective masked randomized study.
