Imaging was impaired by severe motion artifacts, leading to a false-positive result. However, utilizing retrospective data-driven motion correction facilitated a change in diagnosis, ruling out the presence of neurodegenerative disease.

The amount of administered radiotracer activity in megabecquerel (MBq) was recorded, and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) was measured in the right liver lobe with a 4 cm volume of interest as an indicator for objective image quality.
