Introduction: Vasectomy is a widely used, safe, effective method of permanent contraception and contributes to healthy sexuality.
Aims: We have conducted a 3-step observational clinical study to develop a vasectomy regret risk score and guide patients and clinicians when discussing a vasectomy.
Methods: A 3-step approach has been followed.
Introduction: Although failures are undesirable, they offer valuable learning opportunities that drive progress through necessary changes. This concept holds particularly true in the history of urethral reconstruction.
Methods: A comprehensive literature review was conducted using PubMed, focusing on the history of the urethral stricture and current trends based on national and international guidelines for urethral stricture management.

Introduction: Anterior urethroplasty is the gold standard for treating complex urethral strictures, primarily focusing on restoring urinary function. However, aesthetic complications, including penile curvature, scarring, and meatal deformities, can impact patient satisfaction, self-image, and quality of life. Despite their significance, cosmetic outcomes are underreported in the literature, affecting patient counseling and surgical planning.

Aim: To provide practice guidelines on ED therapeutic management.
Objective: The aim of this systematic review is to offer a comprehensive view of the current use of robotic surgery for the treatment of urethral strictures and bladder neck contractures.
Methods: A systematic review of the current literature was conducted through the Medline and NCBI PubMed, Embase databases in December 2023. Keywords used were "robotic" and "robotic-assisted" combined with "urethroplasty", "urethral stricture", and "bladder neck contracture".

Introduction: Oral mucosal grafts are essential in reconstructive urology, particularly for urethral and genital defects. Advances in harvesting and implantation techniques have been made, yet perioperative care remains crucial for optimal outcomes. This systematic review explores postoperative care pathways following oral mucosal graft harvesting to consolidate knowledge, identify best practices, and highlight research gaps.

Introduction: Neo-urethral stricture formation frequently occurs after phalloplasty and most commonly affects the anastomosis between the fixed and phallic part of the neo-urethra. This narrative review gives an overview of the existing literature on how to treat these particular strictures.
Methods: This narrative review is based on a literature search conducted in June 2024.
Background: Urethral strictures post-hypospadias repair in adults is one of the most complex subjects in urethral reconstruction. Our goal is to provide an overview of the challenges encountered and the current treatment options.
Methods: A comprehensive literature review was conducted using PubMed for the period from 2020 to 2023.
Background: Urethral strictures are a common and persistent pathology in urology with significant clinical repercussions. Our aim is to provide an overview of the general aspects of this condition.
Methods: A comprehensive review of the literature from PubMed was conducted covering the period from 2020 to 2023.
Background: The diagnosis of urethral strictures logically includes a precise assessment of urinary symptoms, but must also take into account the impact on sexuality. What role will new imaging play in 2024?
Methods: A literature review from December 2020 to December 2023 was carried out, combined with a synthesis of the recommendations of the American, Canadian, European and French urology associations. References from these recommendations were also used.
Objective: The aim of the present report was to provide an up-to-date overview of the existing literature on female urethral stricture (FUS) including its definition, epidemiology, risk factors, diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
Methods: A literature search was conducted in January 2024 using the MedLine and Embase databases, screening for randomized controlled trials (RCTs), prospective and retrospective series and reviews on female urethral stricture.
Results: Urethral stricture is a rare occurrence in female patients.
This article aims to summarize the current knowledge on the evaluation and follow-up of urethral stricture (US) treatments through a comprehensive literature review and to propose a detailed follow-up protocol post-treatment. There is no consensus on how to assess US treatments. It must address both anatomical factors (evaluated by the urologist) and functional factors (evaluated by the patient).

The main causes are inflammatory (lichen sclerosous [LS]), traumatic iatrogenic, or idiopathic. Post-hypospadias stenosis is common and constitutes a separate entity, dealt with in a separate article.

Methods: A comprehensive literature review was conducted from December 2020 to December 2023, combined with a summary of recommendations from the American, Canadian, European, and French urological associations.
Background: A significant proportion of trans women is demanding for a genital gender-affirming surgery, with vulvo-vaginoplasty being the most frequently requested procedure. The gold standard for primary vaginoplasty in trans women is the penile skin inversion technique with scrotal skin graft, which allows for increased depth of the vaginal cavity.
Aims: The assessment of vulvo-vaginoplasty outcomes utilizing penile skin inversion and scrotal skin graft in individuals assigned male at birth in the surgeon's learning curve involves evaluating aesthetics, functionality, and sexual aspects.

Introduction: The goal of hypospadias repair is to optimize urinary and sexual function, improve cosmesis and minimise the psychosocial effects associated with a penile anomaly. However, a lack of clarity exists regarding the role of surgery in milder hypospadias where the anomaly is inconspicuous and there is no anticipated impact on function. The aim of this study was to review the long term functional, cosmetic and psychosocial outcomes in men with uncorrected hypospadias.

Management strategies encompass dilatation, incision, and, in case of refractory stenosis, invasive surgical revision.
Objectives: In this study, we aimed to assess the efficacy of buccal mucosa graft as an alternative therapeutic approach for managing cutaneous catheterizable channel stenosis.
Introduction: The Operated Male-to-Female Sexual Function Index (oMtFSFI) questionnaire is the first scoring system developed to assess sexual function after gender-affirming vulvo-vaginoplasty, and was initially developed and validated in Italian. The aim of this study was to provide linguistic validation of the questionnaire in French through several steps including use of the questionnaires across a series of patients who had undergone gender-affirming vulvo-vaginoplasty between 2020 and 2022 at two French academic centers.
Method: The French version of the oMtFSFI questionnaire was obtained through a double translation (Italian to French) and a back-translation (French to Italian), validated by a scientific committee, and cognitively assessed by a panel of expert patients.
Introduction: Andrology and urogenital reconstruction are emerging disciplines in French urology. The aim of our study was to evaluate the evolution of andrological surgical procedures over the period 2013-2022 using national data.
Materials And Methods: We collected national common classification of medical acts (CCAM) coding data for all procedures involving andrological surgery from the Scansanté internet platform set up by the Technical Agency for Information on Hospitalisation, which collects prospectively from healthcare structures all procedures coded according to CCAM coding.
