- Staghorn stones are large kidney stones that can fill the renal pelvic and multiple renal calyces, occurring in 10-20% of urinary tract stone cases; a 56-year-old man with these stones was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma (RCC) after undergoing surgery.
- The patient presented with right flank pain, and imaging confirmed both staghorn stones and a mass in his right kidney, leading to a radical nephrectomy that revealed RCC on examination.
- Although kidney stones and malignancy are uncommon together, chronic or large stones may warrant biopsy to rule out cancer; radical nephrectomy is recommended for effective treatment in such cases.
Introduction And Importance: Despite the fact that a penile fracture is a rare emergency, it can cause morbidity in the patient, especially in terms of sexual life. If cases are not properly managed, irregularities in the penis will emerge, leading to more complicated problems. We present a case report of severe penile fracture associated with sexual intercourse.
