Spontaneous Bilateral Subdural Hematoma in a Patient with Falciparum Malaria.

A 70-year old female presented with complaints of fever with chills, headache for 15 days and altered sensorium for 7 days. Peripheral blood smear showed ring form of P. falciparum and CT brain revealed bilateral subdural hematoma.
