DAPI is conventionally used as a nuclear stain for cells in culture or tissue. Here we demonstrate that it binds specifically to the β-sheet core of amyloid-β plaques but not diffuse amyloid-β at the plaque periphery. The specific DAPI induced blue fluorescence is much stronger than amyloid plaque autofluorescence.

We describe the case of nodular hidradenoma presenting as an expanding nodule on the scalp. This tumor is a simulator of malignant lesions on clinical and dermoscopic examination.

COVID-19 was first reported in China, in November 2019 and since then the spread of this disease was so rapid that on March 11, 2020, it was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization. Due to the high transmissibility of the COVID virus and the associated morbidity and mortality, various International and National health authorities released different guidelines for day-to-day living, laying down "new norms" which has impacted our lives enormously. Multiple abnormalities in permanent incisors diagnosed six years after a severe intrusive injury in the primary dentition: A case report.

Severe intrusion injuries of primary teeth are frequently associated with serious developmental disorders. This report describes the diagnostic procedures and the multidisciplinary approach for multiple sequelae to permanent incisors due to a severe intrusive injury of the primary maxillary anterior teeth at the age of 18 months in a 7-year-old girl. Clinical examination revealed hypoplasia of tooth 22, and radiographic examination showed crown-root malformation of tooth 21, impaction of tooth 11, and the presence of an odontoma-like malformation on tooth 12.

Aim: To assess the prevalence of black tooth stains and to investigate its correlation with caries experience in the primary dentition of 3-5-year-old children in the region of Monastir, Tunisia.

Methods: It was a descriptive cross-sectional study involving children in preschool establishments in Monastir, Tunisia. It consisted of an oral examination of 393 children and data collection through a questionnaire completed by parents.
