Cerebrovascular diseases (CVDs) include conditions such as stroke, cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA) and cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD), which contribute significantly to global morbidity and healthcare burden. The pathophysiology of CVD is complex, involving inflammatory, cellular and vascular mechanisms.
