Autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) and chimeric antigen receptor T-cells (CAR-T) have been used as consolidation therapies for patients with refractory/relapsed B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (R/R B-NHL) in remission after second-line chemotherapy or salvage therapy. However, patients with different pathological subtypes and remission states may benefit differently from ASCT or CAR-T cell therapy. Furthermore, consolidation treatment involving ASCT or CAR-T cells still poses a significant risk of disease relapse.

The high prevalence of type I allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis, allergic asthma, food allergies, allergic conjunctivitis, and atopic dermatitis has emerged as a significant public health concern globally. Failure of immune tolerance to ordinarily harmless substances or stimulation, and subsequent induction of T helper 2 cells by antigen-presenting cells evokes the allergic immune response, which results in persistent inflammation, tissue damage, and organ function impairment. Current therapeutic approaches for allergic diseases include avoiding allergen exposure, corticosteroids, biologics, etc.

Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs)-based mRNA vaccines have witnessed their great advantages in the fight against infectious diseases. However, the pro-inflammatory properties of mRNA-LNPs vaccines may hinder the induction of antigen-specific tolerogenic immune responses. Here, it is demonstrated that stearic acid-doped LNPs co-loaded with nucleoside-modified mRNA and celastrol selectively target spleen, convert their adjuvanticity and promote a tolerogenic rather than immunogenic DCs phenotype.

Developing non-iridium (Ir)-based electrocatalysts with good stability and activity for acid oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is of great importance for electrocatalytic water splitting. Ruthenium dioxide (RuO), which has lower price and higher OER activity, has been recognized as an attractive alternative to Ir-based electrocatalyst for acidic OER. However, the stability of most Ru-based electrocatalysts faces a great challenge in acidic condition.

A 55-year-old woman with non-small cell lung carcinoma complained of epigastric pain, bloating, anorexia and postprandial nausea and vomiting over a five-year period. An upper gastrointestinal pan-glucosamine contrast examination revealed a distinctive large, hook-shaped, ptotic gastric lumen with normal motility. The contrast agent demonstrated an abnormal round-trip flow anterior to the spine at the duodenal level, with pooling and gradual passage through this region in strands after prolonged retention.

Background And Aims: Patients with relapsed/refractory aggressive B-cell lymphoma(r/r aBCL)who progressed after CD19-specific chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy (CD19CART) had a poor prognosis. Application of CAR T-cells targeting a second different antigen (CD20) expressed on the surface of B-cell lymphoma as subsequent anti-cancer salvage therapy (CD20-SD-CART) is also an option. This study aimed to evaluate the survival outcome of CD20-SD-CART as a salvage therapy for CD19 CART treatment failure.
