Objective: This study aims to prospectively examine the association between temperatures and the occurrence of type 2 diabetes (T2D).
Methods: We used the CPH models to analyze 103,215 non-diabetic participants in the UK Biobank cohort who answered questions about workplace temperature, to evaluate the survival relationship, and the interaction effects of working environmental temperature and T2D-related genetic risk scores (GRS) on the occurrence of T2D.
