The fundamentals contribution of multi-hazard assessment lies in its ability to guide and identify directions for territorial development, aiming to reduce vulnerability through the implementation of appropriate measures. In the present study, Multi-Criteria Decision Making supported by Geographic Information System was utilized to solve spatial problems related to territorial sprawl. Considering this perspective, an analysis was conducted on the susceptibility of land to the occurrence of geo hazards in the Moldova catchment, situated in the northeastern region of Romania, within a transitional zone between mountains and plateaus.

CMP is a complex process of material removal process by friction, which interferes with numerous mechanical and chemical parameters. Compared with chemical parameters, mechanical parameters have a greater influence on the material removal rate ().

Patients And Methods: We studied a total of 114 patients with bilateral assessment of median and ulnar nerves and of F and A waves parameters.
Results: We draw attention to the need of bilateral electrodiagnostic examination due to changes occurring in a third of cases also in the asymptomatic limb.
Objective: The present study's aim was to analyze the late responses' parameters in order to determine the utility of each one.
Methods: The study, conducted on a total of 325 patients with entrapment neuropathy of the median nerve and 36 with entrapment neuropathy of the ulnar nerve, included the bilateral evaluation of the median and the ulnar nerve and analysis of 20 F-wave and 4 A-wave parameters.
Results: The authors emphasize the necessity of bilateral examination and that of examining the ipsilateral ulnar/median nerve, such as to calculate the difference in F-wave average latency of the median/ulnar and the ipsilateral ulnar/median nerve.

After some considerations on the problems of operation technique which are raised up by partial nephrectomy, the authors review its' indications. After presentation of the clinical experience based on ten cases of partial nephrectomy, carried out during the years 1972-1974, of which 7 were for lithiasis, 2 for renal tuberculosis and one for a solitary renal cyst, the authors advise primary ligature of the segmental vascular pedicle, whenever possible and use of the perinephretic fat to cover over the sectioned surface, as it has strong hemostatic action, good tolerance and that owing to this, nephropexy is carried out.
