A retrospective collection was conducted on MPN patients with JAK2 mutation detected by second-generation sequencing in the Department of Hematology, the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University. To investigate the characteristics of type 2 inflammation in patients with nocturnal asthma, and analyze the improvement of asthma symptoms after the use of inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) combined with different long-acting bronchodilators. Background/objectives: Pembrolizumab monotherapy is approved in Canada for first-line treatment of advanced NSCLC with PD-L1 ≥ 50% and no EGFR/ALK aberrations. However, approximately 55% of these patients do not respond to pembrolizumab, underscoring the need for the early intervention of non-responders to optimize treatment strategies. From August to December 2023, a cross-sectional study was conducted to analyze the core managers of allergy nursing-related work in eighty-eight hospitals in Guangdong Province supported by the Allergy Nursing Branch of the Guangdong Nurses Association and the Nursing Group of the Allergy Branch of the Guangdong Medical Association. To investigate and analyze the correlation between the expression levels of CD38, HLA-DR and programmed cell death-1 (PD-1) on peripheral blood CD8T cells and HIV-1 RNA viral load, immune activation and exhaustion in patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). A total of 81 HIV/AIDS patients (64 without antiretroviral therapy and 17 with therapy) and 40 healthy donors in the same period were enrolled as the control group. To explore the long-term prognosis and related factors of neonates and infants meningitis caused by Streptococcus agalactiae.
