Background And Objectives: To describe the clinical features of anti-NMDAR encephalitis, emphasizing on late-onset patients and antibody test characteristics in serum and CSF.
Methods: Nationwide observational Dutch cohort study, in patients diagnosed with anti-NMDAR encephalitis between 2007 and 2019.
Results: One hundred twenty-six patients with anti-NMDAR encephalitis were included with a median age of 24 years (range 1-86 years).
Background: During the COVID-19 pandemic, a decrease in the number of patients presenting with acute appendicitis was observed. It is unclear whether this caused a shift towards more complicated cases of acute appendicitis. We compared a cohort of patients diagnosed with acute appendicitis during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic with a 2019 control cohort.

In the UMC Utrecht a prototype MRI accelerator has been installed to investigate the feasibility of real-time, MRI guided radiotherapy. The system consists of a 6 MV Elekta (Crawley, UK) accelerator and a 1.5 T Philips (Best, The Netherlands) MRI system.
