Introduction: In 2021, breast cancer affected 75,619 women in Denmark. Approximately 50% of breast cancers are considered human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-low. The DESTINY-Breast04 (DB-04) trial led to European Medicines Agency (EMA) approval of trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) as a treatment for patients with unresectable or metastatic HER2-low breast cancer who have received prior chemotherapy in the metastatic setting or developed disease recurrence during or within 6 months of completing adjuvant chemotherapy.

An mNGS proficiency test (PT) was performed in six European veterinary and public health laboratories to detect porcine astroviruses in fecal material and the extracted RNA. While different mNGS workflows for the generation of mNGS data were used in the different laboratories, the bioinformatic analysis was standardized using a metagenomic read classifier as well as read mapping to selected astroviral reference genomes to assess the semiquantitative representation of astrovirus species mixtures.

This study investigates the environmental impact of a new fast-swing solid sorbent DAC system, including CO transport and storage, over its life cycle, using prospective life cycle assessment. This DAC technology is currently on technology readiness level 5 and is expected to operate on an industrial scale by 2030.

This study reviewed the evidence and quality of economic evaluation studies to guide MCV2 introduction.
Methods: The systematic review of model-based economic evaluation studies was conducted following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines.
Tandem photovoltaics applying perovskite on silicon are considered to be a possible route to sustaining continuous efficiency improvements and price reductions. A meaningful market share for such tandems is, however, at least a decade away. Herein, a comprehensive prospective life cycle assessment was conducted, comparing the full life cycle of monofacial and bifacial silicon/perovskite tandem panels with single-junction silicon panels produced up to 2050.
