Purpose: We report a severe case of human papillomavirus-associated epithelial hyperplasia in a man infected with human immunodeficiency virus. These lesions were recalcitrant to treatment with surgical modalities and were eventually controlled with the daily application of a topical cidofovir gel.
Patient And Methods: A single case is presented, along with a relevant review of the published data.
