microRNA Profile of High-Grade B-Cell Lymphoma with 11q Aberration.

High-grade B-cell lymphoma with 11q aberration (HGBCL-11q) is a rare germi-nal centre lymphoma characterised by a typical gain/loss pattern on chromo-some 11q but without MYC translocation. It shares some features with Burkitt lymphoma (BL), HGBCLs and germinal centre-derived diffuse large B-cell lym-phoma, not otherwise specified (GCB-DLBCL-NOS). Since microRNA expression in HGBCL-11q remains unknown, we aimed to identify and compare the mi-croRNA expression profiles in HGBCL-11q, BL and in GCB-DLBCL-NOS.

Normal caloric intake with high-fat diet induces metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease and dyslipidemia without obesity in rats.

Excessive caloric intake and obesity due to high-fat (HFD) and high-disaccharide (HDD) diets have been recognized as major contributing factors to dyslipidemia and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). However, the effect of HFD and HDD without excessive caloric intake is obscure. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of physiological caloric intake delivered through HFD and HDD on liver and lipid profiles.

A Communal Coping Intervention for Couples Managing Chronic Illness: Proof-of-Concept Study.

Introduction: Communal coping is an interpersonal coping strategy defined as the appraisal of a problem as shared and collaboration to manage it. Despite evidence establishing links of communal coping to health, few interventions have involved communal coping. This study seeks to establish proof of concept that an intervention rooted in communal coping theory can impact couple members' communal coping and intermediary outcomes.

Synchronous recording of magnetocardiographic and electrocardiographic signals.

We present a system for simultaneous recording of the electrocardiogram and the magnetocardiogram. The measurement system contained of printed carbon electrodes and SERF magnetometer. The use of this system confirms that the position of the end of the magnetic T wave extends further than the electric T wave, which is an important indicator for the diagnosis of cardiological patients and for drug arrhythmogenicity.

Stress, Coping, and Physical Health in Caregiving.

Informal caregivers experience a great deal of stress due to care-related duties and responsibilities. Caregiving stress has the ability to impact caregivers' physical health, but has been largely understudied in caregivers of children with a chronic illness. In this study, we examine the associations of stress to both caregiver self-rated health and biomarkers of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis and immune systems (arginine vasopressin, c-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor alpha).
