Objectives: This study aimed to assess the knowledge, attitudes and practices (KAP) of intensive care unit (ICU) physicians in China towards acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS).
Design: A cross-sectional study was conducted between September and November 2022.
Participants: A total of 497 ICU physicians participated, with 258 (51.
Canopy family proteins are highly sequence-conserved proteins with an N-terminal hydrophobic signal sequence, a unique pattern of six cysteine residues characteristic of the saposin-like proteins, and a C-terminal putative endoplasmic reticulum retention signal sequence. At present, the known canopy family proteins are canopy fibroblast growth factor signaling regulator 1 (CNPY1), CNPY2, CNPY3, and CNPY4. Despite similar structures, canopy family proteins regulate complex signal networks to participate in various biological processes.

Here, we show the strong association of protective cellular immunity with mild COVID-19 and unique cell types against SARS-CoV-2 virus in an HLA-A2 restricted manner. ELISpot assays reveal that SARS-CoV-2-specific CD8 T-cell responses in mild COVID-19 patients are significantly higher than in severe patients, whereas neutralizing antibody responses against SARS-CoV-2 virus significantly correlate with disease severity.

This study explores a tissue engineering strategy that combines polycaprolactone (PCL)/collagen/cellulose acetate electrospun scaffolds with collagen hydrogels to deliver curcumin-loaded ZIF-8 nanoparticles fand periodontal ligament stem cells (PDLSCs).
Methods: Scaffolds were fabricated via electrospinningand collagen hydrogels incorporated PDLSCs and curcumin-loaded ZIF-8 nanoparticles (CURZIF-8) were developed using cross-linking.
Lead-free tin halide perovskite solar cells (TPSCs) have recently made significant progress in power conversion efficiency (PCE). However, the presence of mismatched energy levels and weak interlayer interactions between the electron transport materials (ETMs) and tin perovskites has limited the achievable PCE. Here, a new fluorinated fullerene derivative, C-FTPA (F12), was designed and synthesized to construct a binary ETM with C-ETPA (F6) reported in our group, resulting in a reduction in defects and improved molecular structure ordering.
