Purpose: The COVID-19 pandemic has led to millions of confirmed cases worldwide, resulting in numerous deaths and hospitalizations. Long-term symptoms after infection or vaccination, known as Post-acute COVID-19 Syndrome (PACS) or Post-acute COVID-19 Vaccination Syndrome (PACVS), present a challenge for the healthcare system. Arterial reconstruction with the great saphenous vein is a frequently performed vascular surgery technique for revascularization of chronic limb threatening ischemia. Surgeon variations of the procedure are common and aim to balance patency, limb salvage, complications, hospital resources, and technical feasibility. We describe a minimally invasive revascularization option using endoscope assistance for in situ great saphenous vein-arterial bypass to treat infrainguinal occlusive disease.

Material And Methods: A retrospective review of patients with BS presenting to a tertiary care centre from 2005 to 2018 was carried out in this study.
Background: Open inquiry-based learning (IBL) that aims to foster higher-level thinking, is defined by students formulating their own questions and learning through exploration. The present study aimed to summarize the breadth of metrics used to evaluate health professions trainees in open IBL curricula.
Methods: We conducted a scoping review to identify publications detailing trainee outcomes in open IBL initiatives in health professions education.
