Epigenetic silencing, such as DNA methylation mediated by DNA methyltransferases (DNMTs) plays key roles in TNBC tumorigenesis. Hypomethylating agents (HMAs) such as azacitidine, decitabine, and guadecitabine are key inhibitors of DNMTs, and accumulating evidence has shown their immunogenicity properties.

This study tested the ISL against renal damage induced by a high-fat diet (HFD) and explored its underlying mechanisms. Adult male rats were assigned to four groups: (1) control on a standard diet (STD), (2) ISL on STD (30 mg/kg), (3) HFD, and (4) HFD + ISL (30 mg/kg). After 12 weeks of dietary intervention, ISL treatment led to significant reductions in body weight gain, visceral fat, and glucose and insulin levels in HFD-fed rats.

This study aimed to address this challenge by investigating the potential of phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) in improving soil fertility and boosting the growth of Basmati rice.

Background/objectives: The present study examined the link between sociodemographic variables, anthropometric indices, and psychiatric disorders among patients in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Region (Al-Hassa), as well as health outcomes, including basic hematological and biochemical markers.

Methods: The patients included 89 females and 79 males with psychiatric disorders, with ages ranging from 19 to 59. Sociodemographic characteristics, anthropometric proxies, and fundamental hematological and biochemical markers were assessed.
