Background: COVID-19 is one of the most devastating pandemics of the 21st century. Vaccination is one of the most effective prevention methods in combating COVID-19, and one type of vaccine being developed was the protein subunit recombinant vaccine. We evaluated the efficacy of the CoV2-IB 0322 vaccine in Depok, Indonesia.

We aimed to provide detailed information about the improvement of three-dimensional (3D)-printed navigation templates for modified CBT screw placement in the lumbar spine and evaluate the safety and accuracy thereof.
Methods: Four human cadaveric lumbar spine specimens were selected.
Kawasaki disease (KD) has replaced rheumatic fever as the main cause of acquired heart disease in Japanese, American, and Chinese children. Polymorphisms in angiotensin-converting enzyme may be associated with susceptibility to KD, but the association of angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) with vascular endothelial injury in KD and the possibility for prognosis of vascular injury in KD by evaluating changes in serum ACE2 have not yet been assessed. Thus, this study aimed to investigate ACE2 levels in patients with KD to further explore the relationship between ACE2 and vascular injury in KD.

Materials And Methods: We performed a prospective observational study of healthcare workers at the Universitas Indonesia Hospital after Moderna mRNA COVID-19 booster vaccination. An Immunology Analyzer with Chemiluminescence Immunoassay (CLIA) test was used to examine Anti SARS-CoV-2 S-RBD levels.
