In this study, we developed a double-layer colon-targeted microcapsule. It used the Maillard product of gelatin-isomaltooligosaccharide (GI180) and zein-shellac complex (ZS) as bio-based materials, plant extracts (MPL) and Lactobacillus plantarum JJBYG12 (JJBYG12) were co-encapsulated, endowing them with strong resistance to harsh environments and precise intestinal adhesion and targeting ability. The research results indicated that ZS11 exhibits hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interactions.

This article reports a patient with peripheral T cell lymphoma following treatment of Hodgkin lymphoma. The biopsy of cervical lymph node initially confirmed classic Hodgkin lymphoma, with Reed-Sternberg cells expressing CD30 and B cell-specific activator. After 2 years, the disease progressed and the patient was diagnosed with peripheral T-cell lymphoma (non-specific type) by lymph node biopsy, with the expression of CD3,CD4,and CD8.

In this study, by analyzing the available near full-length genome (NFLG) sequences of CRF55_01B, it was found that two of the NFLG sequences could not be clustered with other NFLG sequences. Recombination analysis and phylogenetic analysis suggested that these two NFLG sequences arose by recombination with subtype B based on CRF55_01B, rather than by recombination directly derived from CRF01_AE and subtype B. In addition, two other HIV-1 partial gene fragments found in the database shared the same characteristics as these two NFLG sequences in the key recombination region.

This protocol is distinguished by its operational simplicity, mild reaction conditions, high efficiency, and the use of cost-effective starting materials. Furthermore, experimental studies have provided valuable insights into the reaction mechanism, elucidating the light-independent pathways that promote these transformations.

However, due to their complex structures, the sensing and identification of benzylisoquinoline alkaloids is challenging. Benzylisoquinoline alkaloids are commonly extracted from plants such as Coptidis Rhizoma (CR), while the adulteration and dyeing of CR are prevalent.
