Hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS) is defined by the triad of microangiopathic hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia, and acute kidney injury (AKI). Comparison of remifentanil or fentanyl administration during isoflurane anesthesia for coronary artery bypass surgery.
