- Over half (52%) of the patients developed leukopenia, with those having a higher starting weight (97.9 kg) less likely to experience it compared to lower-weight patients (90.7 kg).
- Results indicate that each 1 kg increase in body weight decreases the risk of leukopenia by about 1.7%, highlighting the importance of considering patient weight in VGC dosing.
