Objective: To examine the effectiveness of a single Botulinum Toxin A (BTX-A) infiltration in the pectoralis major muscle, in addition to a standard physical therapy (PT) programme on upper limb impairments and dysfunctions after breast cancer treatment.
Methods: Fifty breast cancer patients with persistent pain 3 months after finishing treatment participated in a double-blinded randomised controlled trial. The intervention group received a single BTX-A infiltration.
The mechanism governing the impact of the mass isotope on plasma confinement is still one of the main scientific conundrums facing the magnetic fusion community after more than thirty years of intense research. We have investigated the properties of local turbulence and long-range correlations in hydrogen and deuterium plasmas in the TEXTOR tokamak. Experimental findings have shown a systematic increasing in the amplitude of long-range correlations during the transition from hydrogen to deuterium dominated plasmas.

Eighty-two Flemish children with CP (55 using/27 not using night orthoses) with a mean age of 9 years and 10 months (GMFCS level I-V) participated in this cross-sectional questionnaire study, using the Sleep Disturbance Scale (SDSC), Parenting Stress Index (PSI), Big Five Inventory (BFI) and a newly developed inventory to assess the parental burden of night orthoses. Multivariate analysis of covariance revealed no statistical significant differences in sleep disturbance between children using/not using night orthoses.

Common features are observed. With the DED, in the ergodic zone the local turbulent flux reverses sign from radially outwards to inwards.
