Design and implementation of single DC-link based three-phase multilevel inverter with CB-PWM techniques.

Simulation and implementation of a single DC-link-based three-phase inverter are investigated in this article. The primary focus is on designing a single DC-link three-phase inverter for high power applications. Unlike conventional inverters that require 600 V to generate 400 V (RMS) at the output, the proposed system achieves this with only 330 V, facilitated by a 12-terminal 1:1 transformer.

Effect of Behavior Change Communication on Self-Care Practices Among Adult Type-2 Diabetic Patients in a Semi-urban Community of South India: A Quasi-Experimental Study.

Background: Diabetes mellitus is often termed the modern epidemic, and India ranks second after China in the global disease burden. Practice and adherence to essential self-care behaviors, positively correlated with good glycemic control and reduced complications in people with diabetes, have been inadequately understood, especially in a semi-urban setting.

Methods: This community-based interventional study was done among 269 known adult type 2 diabetic patients from a semi-urban community in South India for three months.

Revision total hip arthroplasty using impaction bone grafting technique.

A variety of reconstructive options exist for revision of both femoral and acetabular components in total hip replacement surgery. The use of impaction bone grafting with morsellised allograft has shown promising results in revision total hip arthroplasty. It works as a biologic reconstitution of bone stock defects and provides a solid construct with stable fixation.
