[Treatment of overactive urinary bladder with imperative urinary incontinence in women].

The clinic at the nephrology and urology chair of the State Altai Medical University admitted 40 females aged 20-74 years with overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms and imperative urinary incontinence (IUI) in 2008-2009. The patients were divided into two groups: 20 patients of group 1 received an anticholinesterase drug solifenacin (vesikar) in a dose 5 mg/day; 20 patients of group 2 received combined treatment. The course of treatment lasted for 1-3 months.

[Urinary stress incontinence in women: comparison of treatments].
